Refund policy

At Alofa Girls, we want you to love everything you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Because our products are sourced from multiple suppliers, return addresses vary depending on the item. Please contact us first at true.saua@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we'll guide you through the process as quickly as possible.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items Personalised and custom-made items (such as engraved jewellery) are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.

Damaged or incorrect items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at true.saua@gmail.com with a photo and we will make it right.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
