Where do you ship to?

We ship to New Zealand, Australia, and the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

New Zealand: $10.00 NZD standard shipping, free on orders over $80 NZD.
Australia: $12.00 NZD standard shipping, free on orders over $100 NZD.
United States: Free shipping on all orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

New Zealand: 5–10 business days.
Australia: 7–14 business days.
United States: 10–20 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Can my order arrive in separate parcels?

Yes, some orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are sourced from different suppliers.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Contact us at hello@alofagirls.co.nz before sending anything back.

Are there any items I cannot return?

Personalised and custom-made items such as engraved jewellery are non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately at hello@alofagirls.co.nz with a photo and we will make it right.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
